What is Dick Sissle?

A term to refer to a male who consistently misses the obvious. Like a ditz or an ignoramus, a dick sissle is often times clueless. Sissle can be used to refer to any of the aforementioned, the pre-term "dick" is in reference to the sex of the individual in question.
A queef sissle refers to the female. Not as common as blonde, ditz, or stupid slut - but making a rise in certain social circles.
"Well obviously when you fold the foreskin over like that, it's going to look like a duck, you dick sissle."
