What is Dick Talk?

Dick Talk is a nonstandard form of American English used by some people. For example, instead of saying "Let's get out of this place!", one would say "Let's get out of this dick!" or instead of saying "What kind of car do you drive?" one would say "What kind of dick do you drive?"
Did you just here that dude call that other dude a
pizza dick ? That's the first time I've ever heard someone else speak Dick Talk.
