What is Dick Tax?

A set payment required of men to gain entry into an bar, nightclub, discoteque, event, or similar establishment. Also known as a cover charge.

The denial of access, service or privilege, freely given to women yet only available to men for a fee.

An example of a Dick Tax: Ladies free 'til midnight. Guys $20.00 at the door.
