What is Dick Turner?

One becomes a "Dick Turner" when one gets drunk and fails to have the courtesy of sobering up before going about their daily grind, thus ruining other people's days by their drunkard actions.

You may have spotted a Dick Turner when you find someone who:

1. Does not use his/her inside voice.

2. Carries a solid colored coffee cup.

3. Is chronically irritable.

4. Cannot carry a conversation.

5. Disrupts the work place.

6. Walks around with their chest all out.
