A term that describes males at a meeting who try to out do each other by their claims of superiority. Derived from a term 'penis-jousting' that applies to an insect species where the male insects joust with their penises to win favor to mate with an available female.
Man, did you see those IT guys at today's meeting dick-jousting to see whose group would get that project? It was unbelievable!
