A hairy middle aged man that is a booze pounding, woman chasing wild man. One who is a wild card and does thing his own way, which is usually wrong and causes trouble. Also is refered to as a TL.
Ladies, if you see a Dickowski stop him and do him right away, as they are a rare breed.
