What is Dick-target?

The small growth of hair beneath the lower lip, not quite a goatee, growing only in the center of the chin. Usually no more than half an inch wide, but of any length.
It's great that you can finally grow facial hair, but shave that fucking dick-target off, it makes you look like a fag.
