when someone is such an asshole you can't think of any other way to describe him/her; but there's always the word dickylipped on stand by.
it can also be used to describe someone who says horrible things all the time.
guy 1: oh my god i fucking hate anyone that is different from myself. That includes gays, black people, hispanic people, asians, jews, people with curly hair, and pandas.
