They lead you on and then come up with a big pathetic excuse or 'problem' that is so 'horrible' that they cannot tell you meaning they cannot see you anymore. they either get with an ex or with a new girl and they also say the famous line of 'i didnt mean to mess you about'. blatently did if they had said that otherwise they wouldn't know so soon that they had.
