Spoken whenever someone is flat out denied and followed with a finger wag, whether it be getting a shot blocked or getting turned down by a friend for a beer. For added effect, the speaking of the word should be grunted with a frown.

"Hey dude, can you give me a beer, I'll owe you one."

"Denied, ouch."
