What is Dima Belkin?

A noun, usually a well known and popular lore figure of Jewish Eastern European Descent, known to be small in stature and frugal. A person that is called this is usually out to scam you out of your money in the most heinous way, he can be compared to the grinch and scrooge, except with a more modern day twist. Also can mean a person that is at the top of a pyramid scheme, or doing something illegal like interstate money fraud in modern day times. Dima Belkin may also be used as an adjective, to mean someone that resembles a crooked entrepeneur who owns many businesses under false pretenses, and can not be capable of true friendship or any deep relationship as most of his/her morals revolve around making as much money as possible, most of the time doing so in an illegal way.
