A dingsta is someone who was brought up in the suburbs, preferably in a middle to upper class family, who in some situations acts like they are from the hood.
Al: "Whatup playa, waz good witchu son, how da hood treatin' youze?"
Brook: "You're a straight up dingsta right now!"
