What is Dip N' Dot?

A two on one situation (2 women 1 man). The women lay on the ground but back to back so they are kind of on the back of their necks and their asses are in the air. The guy then has a choice of 4 holes in which to stick his fallace. He goes back and forth between holes without any regard for transferred juices.
