What is Diplobrat?

The children of diplomats or other foreign service members who recieve diplomatic immunity.
Specifically, those that therefore live opulently and arrogantly within their host country.
The rest of us had to go to court when we got caught smoking weed in the park, but Johhny's a diplobrat, so he just called up the embassy and had them expunge it all from his record.
