What is Dirty Dan-chez?

A variation of the dirty sanchez. Primarily relating to teenage males who leave the engine or "upper lip" of their car dirty or "shitty" when displaying their car to other car nuts.
After noticing that the pictures of Dan's car contained a very dirty engine compartment, we called him "Dirty Dan-chez"
