What is Dirty Isaac?

A bowel movement that includes all of the following results:
1. Clogs the toilet before the toilet paper even gets a chance to go down.
2. Leaves a horrific scent in the bathroom that lingers for at least a week, no matter how fast/long the fan is on.
3. Leaves the person who moved it so empty, that he/she is hungry after.
If you ever leave a dirty isaac in my bathroom again, you will no longer be welcome in my house
