What is Dirty Jungle Asian?

Someone who hails from the warmer tropical Asian lands which are closer to the equator (Vietnam, Philippines, etc.), as opposed to northern Asians (Japan, China, Korea). Due to the warmer climates, the Southern Asian nations are darker in skin tone and less developed economically, etc.
Vietnam/Philippines are looked upon by Japan/Korea the same way White people from Utah look upon Mexicans/Guatamalans.
