Dirty niggers can be identified by shirts 5 sizes too large, pants dropped near to their knees, lack of English talking skills, and are rarely seen with anything more than a high school education.
They tend to live in very poor areas of town, but they still manage to spend tens of thousands of dollars on rims that make cars look stupid, huge basketball shoe collections, a wardrobe of oversized clothing items, huge chains, and grills.
They are not to be confused with other black people, who just happen to have dark skin.
