(Noun) Pronounced DITS - BANG. Used to describe a person who is dense, lacking common sense, or is terminally "blonde". Usually awkward in mannerisms and apperance. Not to be confused with waterheads, retards, inbreds, jackoffs, or other stupid varieties.
