Another form of the noun pidar; this person of Eastern European Jewish Descent was known to occasionally be a pedophile. From stories that were passed down through Eastern European lore, this figure of lore was usually homosexual or a "pidar" and would run around around humping anything that resembled that of a male figure, and would try to rob the victims of their money after sodomizing them with his tiny male penis and hairy parts of his body.
