What is Doc Boy?

An illiterate NSR user, approximately 21 years old, who lives with his parents. Insults other members of NSR often, and apparently has no life, nor future, as he is in his fifth year at GHS, and has yet to get even nine of the necessary 22 credits for graduation. Source of the word: some online game that the user apparently likes to be a doctor in.
