a person, usually of the female gender, who tends to loiter at marinas, harbors, gas docks, etc. with the intent of finding and or having sexual intercourse with the dude who posesses the coolest and/or fastest boat on a particular body of water.
when were done fishing we could go down to brunelle's marina and see if we cant poke a few dockrats.
