What is D.o.e.s.?

Department of Employment Services (IN DC).....ace where people go to get/find jobs... especially teens between the ages of 14-18 during the summer(Mayor's summer youth program). where they pay you the minimum wage which really sucks!!! lol and sometimes you get stuck doing stupid things like restacking books in a library or picking up trash.
I went to orientation at d.o.e.s. today, the line was long and we had to watch that stupid video again.
