What is Doffo?

A guy who likes to touch himeslf in public.
Two guys are standing on a corner, when one of them starts touching himself. The other guy says "why do u have to be a Doffo all the time".

An extremly cool person who is considerd the king of a small group of people.
Mark, ben, ann, sue and will are hanging out alot, i think Mark is Doffo of the group
