"Dog race card" (derived from the existing expression "race card") refers to a socially or politically aggrieved party introducing his/her/its Alaskan origins and the non-existent and/or mythical biases against him/her/it as a source of his/her/its critics' ire or position. Refers to the curious musings of a WASHINGTON POST columnist who proffered in 2008 that Governor Palin may face an "anti-Anchorage bias."
Can you believe that some Palin people dared to play the dog race card? Have you EVER heard of ANY bias against Alaskans? They're dreaming if they think so.
