What is Dogjaw?

A joke in which the jokester tells the victim that he has dogjaw and points to his jaw while he moves it around and asks the victim if he can hear it. When the victim brings his ear up to the jokester's jaw, the jokester barks loudly into the victim's ear.
Jokester: "I got dogjaw." *points to his jaw while opening and closing his mouth* "Can you hear it?"
Victim: *Puts ear up to jokester's mouth*
Jokester: "WOOF!!!!"
Victim: *Jumps* "WTF DUDE!"
