A swaggerlicious guy who would normally be referred to as "the man" by people at a party. Being a dohan is also associated with being mistaken for a pimp as they are ladies men. They are also the guy that every guy wants to be like, and that every girl wants to get with.
Wow, look at that guy. He's the man. He's such a dohan.
