Civil service slang, used by several hundred people now. It's when you are being so dynamic, intelligent and forward thinking that you are constantly overlooked for promotion by your part-time working mothers for mangers because you make them look bad.
"Hey, did you see that presentation on new ideas he gave the other day? I think he will get the promotion."
"Nah, didnt you see? He was "doing it in "Styles""...made so-and-so look like a fuckwit. He's gonna be over looked for shizzle"
2 weeks later, person is overlook for promotion. The result: talking to themselves, holding their pen in their mouth like one toothed sabre-toothed tigers, walking like that bug guy from Men In Black and tea consumption trebles.
