A term used to describe a tourist who changes their original currency to the American Dollar then loses it through gambling.

Ross decides to to go on a trip to Las Vegas. He changes his British Sterlingcurrency to the American Dollar. He goes and loses his money on Blackjack, Hookers and Blow.

Frank approaches him and tells him "You're a Dolaz you lad"
