What is Dolewalla?

Unemployed person who signs a "Jobseeker's Agreement" to look for work and in return receives an allowance moneyto spend on booze et cetera, et cetera. The allowance is given (doled out) to the individual (wallah) in receipt of benefit, hence, the predominately working class expression of 'being on the dole." Dolewalla(h) is just a term used to describe a noncontributing member of the British economic organization.

A Dolewalla is anyone living off state 'hand-outs', not unlike the British "Royal Family".
