an expression for when something great happens, usually followed by a one handed motion of shooting a basketball. can also inversely be used when something terrible happens.

david: "i just made out with ishmael's hot sister. dollars!" *hand motion*

david: "i just made out with ishmael's hot grandma."

davids's friend: "dollars!" *hand motion*

david: "i just tested positive for gonorrhea."
