What is Dolphinplasty?

The surgical procedure of having yourself somewhat transformed into a dolphin. A dorsal fin is attached and your nose is removed among other things.

Kyle's dad was changed into a dolphin on South Park. Unfortunately the dorsal skin came from Mr. Garrison's scrotum.
