The act of everyone in the group participating in a forming something that is very similar to a "dome", shielding the pipe & the smoker from windy weather that fucks up the lighter.
Stoner 1: Dude my crack lighter is bugging out and its windy...

The act of performing at a level higher than normal. This may include raising of instrument height and/or paying extremely close attention to the show. Generally associated with the Greater St. Louis Marching Band festivcal held annually in the Edward Jones Dome.(hence "dome").
