What is Domestic Toothpick?

A piece of toe nail clipping (from the big toe) is wedged between the two front teeth of a sleeping (or passed out) victim. If done right the victim should have a very hard time pulling out the abstruction.
Last night my friend gave his step sister the worst domestic toothpick I have ever seen.
