A very old jail located in Toronto city, where they "toss the salad" of the new inmates on the first night. Prison gangs include Whites, Blacks, Russians, Persians, and Italians.

JACK: "Bill is doing time in the Don Jail."

JACK'S FRIEND: "Yeah, they're probably tossing his salad by now."
