What is Done Police?

Imaginary "police" who come and arrest people when they are "done." Interrupt someone who is "done" by shouting "DONE POLICE!" in the middle of their sentence and leaving.
Person 1: "Blah blah blah blah... blah blah! blah blah-"
Person 2: "DONE POLICE!!!!"
