What is Donr?

This is the state of doneness as defined by someone who is alarmingly passive and not really invested in the overall project. donr can also be a state of engineering doneness, whereas the engineer who has "done" the project, has only a passing acquaintance with the english language, such that the "code" is done, but no human being in the world could actually use the product or understand what it does. This word originated in a town called Doomas.
