Doody Bop is the act of having sex. It has been used for years as a code for having sex when you can't discuss it in public. When you are at a restaurant, you can't just say "Let's go home and have sex" because someone might hear you and it would be embarrassing.
In a public place you can say, "Let's go home and doody bop." And no one cares.
