What is Doofangle?

1. Someone of lower mental capacity.
2. A person considered to be foolish or socially inept.
3. A person who wanders around town with his underwear on outside of his jeans and/or shirts on inside out.
I was at the post office when this doofangle wandered in; He tried to put a trout in the Out of Town mail and his ball huggers had skid marks on them.
