1. A large hunk of excrement so thick and hard that it cannot be passed through the anus during defecation. It usually takes on the size of a small baseball or a child's fist.
2. A server case of fecal impaction usually found in illegal drug users who do crack cocaine and crystal meth.
During second episode of "Being Bobby Brown", Whitney and Bobby are talking about colon cleansing, when Bobby says to her, "I've seen worse," he says. "I've had to dig a dookie bubble out of your butt."
Bobby even admits that once when "her turd was too big" for her to excrete, he had to pull it out with his fingers.
