when walking down a street in a large city i.e., seoul, new york, hong kong, singapore etc. and a warm stench of sewage hits you momentarily.

when it hits you, you simply say..."DOOKIE SLAP." you can also substitute any smell for dookie. EX: fish slap, chunks slap (vomit), diesel slap, etc.
