One who tries to act cool, especially around people he doesn't even know, by acting very obnoxious such as at parties or other social gatheries
*Alternative* - Also a person at the workplace who always tries to do anything but work and acts oblivious to any order. Often times hiding so as to avoid working even further
"Wow dude check out the doon browder he just got naked for no reason"
"Hey where's that doon browder, is he hiding again?"
