A household, apartment, neighborhood, barber shop, etc. etc. which a large amount of strong illegal drugs are sold such as crack cocain, heroin, crystal meth(or crank) is sold.
Many many dope holes are found in the cleanest of neighborhoods of homestead, florida. sold like chips at the corner store and no one seems to mind.

The "dope hole" is also known as the period when a heroin user or user of strong painkillers such as Oxycontin are in the state where they are passing out and in a deep stupor and it seems as if they can't get out of "the dope hole"...
