What is Double Plus Gay?

A modern version of "double plus bad" taken from the book 1984 by George Orwell. Like "gay" as in "bad"; but the 'double plus' makes it extremely bad.
1. Person S: My Nintendo DS broke!
Person C: Thats the worst news I've heard all weak! That's double plus gay!
