Originating in Russia, obviously, from a disgruntled baker in the early 1900's and an overly-kinky wife, this act has two variations,both very close in similarity.
The first has the male getting excited and eventually letting loose his business into the woman's, or man's, nostrils, all from one load. The next has the person letting his soul in liquid form into one nostril, then waiting for the shotgun to reload and shooting into the other nostril.
