To be a "Douche Bag Dave" is to be totally ignorant towards anything in the world that means anything important. A person who fits this description will say things like "can I fist your girlfriend" and will believe anything you tell them until they go look for what it was and finds out that you were fucking with them, and yet finds it funny.
