What is Douchebill?

A jackass wearing a sun visor at a 45-degree angle, so it does nothing to block the sun from his eyes and everything to block the view of the person sitting behind him at a ballgame, theater, etc. Generally, a person who is unaware and/or doesn't give a shit when his actions are annoying the piss out of everyone else around him.
(Alternately, can be used to the visor itself when being worn in this manner.)
"Dude, I went to the game this weekend but couldn't see a damn thing thanks to the fucking douchebill in front of me. Who the hell wears a visor to a NIGHT game?"
