One who is an asshole to his friends and others around him. Though he is such an ass, he still thinks he is the shit. Also isnt able to create a sentence without the words I, me, myself, or his own name in the sentence. Also has imaginary girlfriends that only he sees. Symptoms of Doung can be found in most frat boys, gay men, and some mental patients.

Guy: Hey girl you want to go out me, cause I am awesome.

Girl: You wish asshole.

Guy: Whatever, I have about five girls waiting for me at home.

Girl: WHATEVER DOUNG!!
