Group of individuals that like to hang out in YMCA Shower rooms and Highway reststops. They think they are the shit, but they are far from it. Unless you count riding a man's ass, then they are close to the shit.
I think i heard some down boys in the stall next to me.

There presence is known in every place they walk into. No Down Boy can be at social event without at least one other Down Boy there.
