A highly contagious mental disease caused by hanging around males down the shore with said illness. It's amongst the easiest to diagnose for what seems to look like full grown boys will act like 5 year-olds when encountering something that they do not understand. Such things include but are not limited to; emotion, intelligence or anything to do with people who have a higher chance of success in life. Said syndrome has only one speculated cure, and it is not yet known, however growing up is highly recommended as treatment for alleviation of symptoms.
